Professional Overview
Anne Arlinghaus joined KKR in 2008 and serves as Co-Head of KKR Capstone in the Americas. She works closely with KKR investment teams and portfolio company management to evaluate new investments and advance value creation plans.
She leads the KKR Human Capital Center, bringing broad-based ownership, human capital management and organizational value creation into KKR portfolio companies. She is also a member of the Americas Portfolio Management Committee.

Her portfolio work includes companies such as U.S. Foods, First Data Corporation, Sedgwick, Mr. Cooper, RBmedia, OverDrive, Apple Leisure Group, Beacon Pointe Advisors, PlayOn! Sports, Simon & Schuster, Integrated Specialty Coverages, Captive Resources and Janney Montgomery Scott.
Previous Experience & Education
Before joining KKR, Anne worked at McKinsey & Company. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, where she was a Baker Scholar, and an honors Bachelor of Arts degree from Vanderbilt University.
